These terms apply to the use of the GolfFriends app and golffriends.dk. By creating a profile you accept the terms.
The service
GolfFriends is a platform that helps golfers find playing partners, create tournaments and track results. We facilitate contact between players — the rounds themselves, green fees and memberships are between you and the golf club.
Your profile
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the activity on your profile and for keeping your password secret. One person, one profile.
Good conduct
We expect ordinary golf etiquette — in the app too. Harassment, spam, fake profiles or abuse of ratings may lead to a warning or exclusion without notice.
Content
You keep the rights to the content you upload (such as profile photos and scorecards), but grant us a licence to display and process it as part of the service. Never upload content you do not have the rights to.
Premium and payment
Premium renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with one month's notice.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee error-free operation, and AI scorecard reading must always be approved by you. We are not liable for agreements made between users.
Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice via the app or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
