We believe golf is better together
GolfFriends grew out of one simple frustration: it is too hard to find someone to play with — especially if you are new to the sport, new in town, or simply want to play more.
Golf is one of the few sports where a 25-year-old beginner and a 70-year-old club veteran can share a fantastic round. Yet in practice most people play with the same two or three partners — or not at all, because calendars never align. We wanted to change that.
So we built GolfFriends: an app that matches players on what actually matters for a good round — handicap, pace, competitiveness and availability. Not another social network with likes and feeds, but a tool that gets people out on the course.
We are golfers ourselves, and we build the app in close dialogue with players and clubs across Denmark. Every feature — from the AI scorecard to beginner rounds — exists to remove a barrier between you and your next round.
